movin' along

Here's how my Pumpkin Socks are progressing. I may put them aside tomorrow, and get back to work on my Olympics project (a vest), which I've been avoiding because it's time to do the shaping of the front armholes and then the neck. I need quiet, uninterrupted time for that, and hopefully will have some tomorrow morning.

I love this "no rules" KAL. It's great to see the variety of socks being made!

I love the color of you socks. They look fun to knit and not complicated at all.

I'm glad you like the kal!

The stitch pattern looks much nicer when the sock is stretched out, as it will be when I'm wearing it. Anyway, the first one is done to the heel, so now I'm working on the second.

I'm already thinking about the next pair. I have a skein of Sockotta with a lot of pink orange, and yellow in it. Not sure if I will do plain stockinette and let the stripes be the main interest, or if I'll do a stitch pattern as well.
